After only 3 hours of maceration the Sangiovese grapes release this pink color with copper reflections.

Fermentation is in stain less still at low temperature and Charmat method sparkling process; foaming 3 months.

The result is wine with fine and persistent perlage with fruity and floral bouquet; taste dry, fresh and mineral.

Perfect as an aperitif or to pair with food.
